About the Role: We are seeking a Control Systems Technician or BAS Programmer responsible for commissioning, diagnosing, and repairing environmental-control systems. This role requires a blend of technical expertise in electronics, direct digital control, airflow, hydronics, refrigeration, HVAC, and control techniques.

Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years of experience in Building Automation Systems (BAS).
  • Experience with Tridium and Niagara systems is a plus.
  • Ability to solve problems, interpret technical instructions, and work with abstract and concrete variables.
  • Some Mechanical or Construction field experience is a plus. 

Responsibilities:

  • Commission, diagnose, and repair environmental-control systems.
  • Maintain professional appearance and presentation while representing the company.
  • Conduct end-to-end testing, programming, and servicing on assigned projects.
  • Perform preventative maintenance, site surveys, replacements, and modifications as required.
  • Manage inventory, company equipment, and documentation related to job activities.
  • Provide training and support to customers on system operation and maintenance.
